Delete your Enturf account

You can delete your Enturf account (the Enturf app for iPhone and Android) at any time, with or without the app. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

In the app Fastest

  1. Open Enturf and sign in.
  2. Go to More → Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete Account, then Continue, then Delete Permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.

Without the app

  1. Email support@enturf.ai with the subject "Delete my account".
  2. Include the phone number you sign in to Enturf with.
  3. We'll message that number to check the request came from you.

Once we've checked, we sign you out everywhere and lock the account. It is deleted permanently 30 days later.

Changed your mind? Sign in again within those 30 days and choose Reactivate. That cancels the deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, photo, phone number, email, date of birth, sports and skill level
  • Your phone sign-in
  • Friends, friend requests, invites and blocks
  • Videos and clips you recorded, and reels you made or shared, including the video files
  • Matches you scored and play groups you created. These are removed for the other players in them too.
  • Games you hosted, requests to join games, notifications, saved turfs and app sign-ins on your devices

What we keep, and why

  • Bookings and paid recordings: The date, turf, amount and payment reference, with your name removed. The turf needs these for its accounts, and the law requires us to keep payment records for a set period.
  • Payment details held by Razorpay: Our payment processor keeps its own records under Razorpay's policy. Enturf never stores your card details.
  • Support messages and safety reports: Messages and reports you sent, with the link to your account removed.
  • You in other people's matches and videos: A match someone else scored keeps the name they entered for you. A video someone else recorded stays with them.
  • Backups: Copies in our backups are overwritten within 90 days.
