Common questions

How do I book a turf?

Open the EnturfPlayer app, browse turfs near you, pick a slot on the ground detail page, and pay via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet). Your booking appears under My Bookings immediately.

How do I cancel a booking? Will I get a refund?

Open My Bookings, tap the booking, and choose Cancel. Refunds depend on the venue's cancellation window shown at the time of booking. If eligible, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

I'm not receiving the OTP

Check that you entered the correct phone number with country code, and confirm you have signal. If still nothing, wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. If the issue persists, email us at support@enturf.ai with your phone number and we'll help.

Payment was deducted but the booking didn't confirm

Razorpay sometimes takes a minute to send confirmation. Refresh My Bookings after 60 seconds. If the booking still doesn't appear, your payment will be auto-reversed within 5–7 working days. Email support@enturf.ai with the booking attempt time and Razorpay payment ID and we'll trace it for you.

How do I delete my account?

In the EnturfPlayer app: More → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Confirm twice. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. You can also email support@enturf.ai with subject "Delete my account" and we'll do it for you within 30 days.

I can't find my friends on Enturf

Friends are matched by phone number. Make sure your friend has signed up using the same phone number that's saved in your contacts. Grant the Contacts permission in app settings to enable matching. You can also send a friend request manually using their phone number.

My match recording isn't showing up

Match recordings are usually available within a few minutes of the match ending, but in some cases can take up to 30 minutes for processing. If a recording is missing more than 24 hours after a match, email support@enturf.ai with the venue, date, and slot time.

How do I update my profile or phone number?

Profile photo, name, and preferred sport: More → Profile → Edit. To change the phone number tied to your account, email support@enturf.ai with both the old and new numbers — we'll verify and migrate.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@enturf.ai with a short description and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. We read every message.
